LUKE HANNAM

An accomplished bass player, Luke has been involved in music for over two decades. In the 90s, he formed the band Emperors New Clothes and signed to the iconic Acid Jazz Records, founded by Giles Peterson and Eddie Piller. Keen to share his industry knowledge with a new generation of musicians, Luke made a move into education. Instrumental in helping create the Artist Development Programme at music organisation, Access To Music, he also taught future stars Jess Glynne and Ed Sheeran. At Urban Artist School, Luke helps to deliver lectures on core course content and encourages students to push the boundaries of creativity and experimentation.
